We will endeavour to provide you with, or match you to, a company who provides you with the information required to enable you to make an informed decision on which product, service or policy best suits your needs. We may source products but do not make recommendations or offer advice. We ask questions in order to source quotations, but you will need to make your own choice about how to proceed.

After completing an enquiry form online via our website, you agree that you will receive an initial e-mail from us. This e-mail will confirm that you have used our website. You cannot opt out of receiving the e-mail.

We acknowledge our obligations to this agreement by performing the service you have requested. In doing so we are the service provider and you are our customer. We deal directly with the customer and have no obligation to any party other than our customer.

If you are accessing our service on behalf of a 3rd party our obligation is still with you, the customer. And as our customer the terms and conditions of this agreement apply to you, the customer and no other parties or agents connected to you.

Service Limits

We act as an intermediary and credit broker to our customers in order to locate lenders, insurers and service providers who may offer loans, finance, insurance policy(s) and/or utility services.

We work alongside a number of loan providers, finance providers, credit brokers, insurance providers and utility brokers (“Our Partners”). These are the companies and organisations that we use to help find products and services for our customers.

We do not provide loans, finance, insurance or utilities and do not represent the interests of or act on behalf of any of Our Partners. The decision to provide customers with any product or services lies with Our Partners alone and depending upon what has been applied for, may depend upon factors such as a lender’s assessment of a customer’s credit worthiness by taking into account their credit history.

Once a customer enters into an agreement with us and accepts our terms and conditions, we act as the customer’s broker for a period of 6 months. This period allows us the chance to try and find a product or service offer required by the customer.

We may provide you with access to information about both regulated and unregulated financial products, including certain credit products within the scope of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (“CCA”). To find out more information about how the CCA protects the rights of consumers contact the Trading Standards Institute or the Citizens Advice Bureau
